Quirk Chevrolet & Buick GMC in Braintree are happy to announce that we currently have an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! We are currently looking to fill the position of a Customer Experience Representative. This individual should be someone who is inspired and self-motivated and who has a strong desire and passion to succeed. You will work directly with management to assist in the job duties mentioned below. We will train the right candidates for the job!
Job is salary pay plus commission.
Job Duties:
- Submitting deals to the banks, breaking down deals
- Ensure accuracy and Authenticity of every transaction
- Signing up customers digitally, docu-sign customers
- Answering incoming calls, follow up calls w/customers on missing documentation
- Work on trouble deals
- Obtain insurance binders
- Helping w/overflow customers in the sales process
- Follow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to multitask.
- Work well in fast fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- Advance skill with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.

Benefits:
Full Time - Health, Dental, Short & Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide at no cost to you, Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
Part Time - eligible to participate in Quirks 401k plan after youve reached your waiting period.
